Lowest Price Guarantee
Papapolitis SA guarantees the lowest possible price
for every single product sold at our stores.
Following a purchase at Papapolitis SA, if you find the same product at
a lower price anywhere else in Greece, Papapolitis SA will reimburse you with
the difference in price, under the following conditions.
1) The
comparison of prices affects products that are identical with each other (in
terms of brand, model, technical characteristics etc). Any extra free services
provided (such as free shipping, special offers) that are included with the
product in question are not included in the price, and are not covered by this
Lowest Price Guarantee.
2) The
reimbursement is valid exclusively for cash and debit-card purchases. Payments
in instalments or by credit card are excluded.
3) The
final price which was payed must include all required taxes, with no exceptions,
excluding transportation costs.
4) The Lowest Price
Guarantee covers brand new products of identical quantity, with no faults or
shortages, sold by authorized vendors and distributors with their own
guarantees intact.
5) This
Lowest Price Guarantee is not valid under these circumstances
a) If the lower price is lower than the cost of the product, following the
precedents set in law.
b) If the lowest price is not a retail price (and is a wholesale price, for example)
c) If the lowest price results from a shop selling goods in accordance with existing
national and community law on Unfair Competition.
d) If the product of the competing store is a showroom item, meaning it has
lost its original packaging and has been used in the showroom of the store.
6) The
Competing Store is classified as any real, tangible retail store in the
jurisdiction of the Hellenic Republic. Online stores, whether Greek or non-Greek,
as well as auction houses are excluded from this Guarantee.
If and when all these pre-requisites
are met, Papapolitis enterprises will reimburse you with 100% of the difference
in price that you payed at Papapolitis SA versus the price of the Competing
Store.
In order to receive the
reimbursement you will have to visit any retail store of Papapolitis SA within
thirty (30) working days of the purchase, with two items. The first item has to
be the original Papapolitis Offer paper that you received, with its seal &
signature (not a photocopy). The second item has to be the Offer paper,
leaflet, pamphlet or any other formal, valid document that clearly shows the
price of the Competing Store. This document is considered valid only if it is
not older than thirty (30) days.
In the case that the documents
provided do not meet the above criteria (e.g photocopies, photos etc) the issue
will be researched and you will be given a response by a company representative
within three (3) working days.
Papapolitis SA reserves the right to
terminate this Guarantee at any time, as well as the right to make any changes
to the above requirements/pre-requisites.
