Delivery Estimated Time

•  The delivery times you see in each item are indicative, not binding. You will be informed about the exact delivery time by one of our partners when confirming the order.

•   If you want to pick up your order from any Papapolitis store, you can do it within two days from the order, considering that the materials are available.
 
•    In the deliveries to your place within the district of Attica, considering that the materials are available, the terms are the following:
-by our transport means, delivery within three working days.
-by courier, delivery within two working days, from your order.
The above-mentioned deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme climate conditions and during any force majeure occurrence, which may influence the transportation time.
 
•    In the deliveries to your place, excepting Attica district, considering that the materials are available, the delivery terms are the following:
-using a transport company, we consign the goods to the transport company previously agreed, within two working days with our transport means. Our company is not responsible for the delivery time of the transport company.
-by courier, delivery within three working days, from your order.
The above-mentioned deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme climate conditions and during any force majeure occurrence, which may influence the transportation time.

•    In case the products you selected are not available in stock, they will be ordered from our provider. You will be informed about the delivery terms the following day of your order.
•    In case you want to receive your goods during a specific time, you should inform us by mentioning it in the remarks of the order form. The company has the capability to determine a specific delivery time only in the case we use our own means of transport and under the condition that the time frame given is not less than two hours.
•    For orders in Athens, the deliveries can take place on Saturdays too (upon request).
