Tactile porcelain tiles that provide blind and partially-sighted people with information, warnings, and directional guidance underfoot (through studs and grooves) and through color and luminance contrast (for partially-sighted people). These modular elements provide basic information like straight line, stop, hazard warning and complementary information in situations requiring more caution, for instance L-shaped turns, T-shaped junctions, caution-amenity, and obstacle hazard.
